16-Reading the Face, Eyes, Tongue

Concept overview

The analysis of wrinkles on the face is a valuable tool for assessing an individual's general health. Excessive wrinkles can indicate dehydration problems or anxiety, while specific lines, such as worry lines, are often linked to gastric disorders. The color and condition of the nose and eyes also provide significant clues: a bluish nose can be associated with libido problems, while dark circles, whether blue, brown, or swollen, can signal kidney deficiencies or liver disorders. Variations in sclera color, such as yellow or blue, can indicate hepatic or pulmonary dysfunctions.

The tongue is also a key indicator of internal health. A pink and mobile tongue is considered ideal, while a red tongue can signal heart problems, and a white tongue can indicate gastric disorders. Deposits on the tongue often reflect the health status of internal organs, such as the colon or lungs. Changes in the color and appearance of the tongue can reveal internal imbalances, such as excess fire or toxemia, highlighting the importance of a thorough evaluation when examining a patient's health.
